Longlands
Cottage has a large open, west facing porch and lovely views
over gently sloping farmland.
The large
garden, with lawns to back and front, is securely fenced
with a five bar gate onto a quiet country lane.
Inside,
Longlands is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The
lounge has an open fire, giving the cottage a cosy, homely
atmosphere.

The hall leads to the comfortable lounge with a cosy
open fire, Digital TV, DVD and video. The spacious
dining room has seating for 7 guests, and has a
small additional seating area, with TV.
The
kitchen is fully equipped, including
microwave, and leads to the utility room which has a
washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a
freezer.
Separate WC with basin.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 twinbedded and one with a
double bed, single bed and TV. Bathroom with bath,
shower and WC.
A
cot, high chair and stairgate are provided.
