Barn Cottage (3 bedrooms, sleeps 7/8)

Barn cottage is a  converted 19th century agricultural building and stands adjacent to a working farm.

Inside, the rural cottage atmosphere is preserved with oak beams, a wood burning stove and comfortable furnishings, yet with modern facilities like full central heating and digital TV.

Outside the cottage has a securely fenced rear garden with brick barbeque and garden furniture.

The living area is a spacious open plan design, complete with Digital TV, and DVD. 

The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator, microwave, washer drier and dishwasher.  There is a freezer in the Games Room.

There is a twin bedded bedroom, and a shower room with WC and basin.

A cot, high chair and stair-gate are available

 

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms - one with a double bed, sofa bed and TV, the other with three single beds.  There is also a second bathroom with shower, basin and WC. 

BED LINEN is included  (towels are available to hire)

A very large bedroom with a window at each end.

Barn and Cider cottages also share an games room (approx. 9  X 6 metres) with Pool table and Table Tennis table.

There is a private garden at the rear with patio seating area, brick barbeque and large lawn. The area is securely fenced.

There is a large garden shed (shared with your neighbour).  It contains equipment for pets and also provides a storage area for the use of guests, eg bicycles

Also there is an elevated natural garden area, shared with the adjacent Cider cottage. There is a seat that provides panoramic views of the Marshwood vale.

There is ample parking for 3 cars
